Years of experience, education and dedication to the profession have proven to be a unique blend that places Paul Loulis in a league of top notch real estate professionals.

  

In 2000, Paul acquired an Internet-based Commercial Real Estate Firm with two business partners.  As Chief Executive Officer and President of that company, he positioned the company with the Industry leaders and grew the base business.  In 2003 the company was sold and Paul chose to become active on the residential side of the real estate business, which he always loved.  Paul has expertise in sales of all types of residential property including those in all stages of foreclosure and those that are bank owned.    

 

In addition to his real estate experience, Paul has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of two mid-sized, international, public companies.  He has served on the boards of many consumer and industrial products companies, as well as a technology start-up in the real estate arena.

 

Paul’s negotiation skills were developed through dealings with large international customers and through the acquisition and sale of two significant consumer products companies.  His negotiation and communication skills ensure that your real estate experience is a smooth and pleasurable one.

 

Paul's undergraduate studies included Economics, Psychology and Business Law.  Additionally, Paul has a Masters Degree from Pepperdine University in Marketing and Finance.  This past education, combined with his ongoing training in the ever-changing field of real estate and real estate law, provides Paul's clients with the proper support they deserve to ensure a successful transaction.
